Service Description
☁ Cloud setup 🗃 Data recovery & backups Let us set up a secure cloud backup system so you never worry about losing your data again. We’ll configure it for you and make sure it runs reliably in the background — even while you work. -Full setup of cloud backup software -Configuration for real-time or scheduled sync -Test recovery to ensure backups are working -End-user support and explanation Please note: The £59 service fee covers the installation, configuration, and testing of the backup solution only. An ongoing monthly subscription (typically £12/month) to a third-party backup provider, Backblaze will be required and is payable directly by the customer. Sorted IT is not responsible for data loss in cases where the backup subscription lapses or the backup is not actively maintained.
Cancellation Policy
✅ Sorted IT – Booking Policy 1. Appointments All services are by appointment only and booked online, via WhatsApp, or phone. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message or email. 2. Response Times We aim to respond to all new bookings within 1 hour during working hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm). Emergency support may be available outside these hours – please message to check availability. 3. Payment Payment is due upon successful completion of the service. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you won't be charged — unless agreed otherwise before starting (e.g. hardware diagnostics, third-party fees). 4. Access Requirements For remote services, you must have a working internet connection and access to relevant passwords or systems. If these are not available, support may be limited and the booking may need to be rescheduled. 5. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please give at least 2 hours' notice if you need to cancel or change your booking. Repeated no-shows may result in a deposit requirement for future appointments. 6. Data & Backups Sorted IT takes every precaution, but you are responsible for ensuring your data is backed up before any session. We can assist with backup solutions on request. 7. Fair Use Most issues are fixed within 60 minutes. Complex problems may require a follow-up or extended session (which will be discussed with you in advance).
