🔧 🛠 Not sure what's wrong? We’ll connect remotely, check your system, diagnose the issue, and complete any quick fixes or app installs within this short session. If more time is needed, we’ll let you know and provide options for extended support. 🧰 Includes: ✅ Remote diagnosis of the issue ✅ Light system checks and investigation ✅ Installation of necessary apps/tools ✅ Advice on next steps or fixes required (Up to 30 minutes – includes install & diagnosis time) This service is designed for basic troubleshooting and app installation only. If the issue requires in-depth repair, advanced configuration, or additional time, we will offer to continue at your next chosen support tier (e.g. 60-min fix at £50). No-fix, no-fee guarantee still applies within the scope of this service additional service.


Cancellation Policy

✅ Sorted IT – Booking Policy 1. Appointments All services are by appointment only and booked online, via WhatsApp, or phone. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message or email. 2. Response Times We aim to respond to all new bookings within 1 hour during working hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm). Emergency support may be available outside these hours – please message to check availability. 3. Payment Payment is due upon successful completion of the service. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you won't be charged — unless agreed otherwise before starting (e.g. hardware diagnostics, third-party fees). 4. Access Requirements For remote services, you must have a working internet connection and access to relevant passwords or systems. If these are not available, support may be limited and the booking may need to be rescheduled. 5. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please give at least 2 hours' notice if you need to cancel or change your booking. Repeated no-shows may result in a deposit requirement for future appointments. 6. Data & Backups Sorted IT takes every precaution, but you are responsible for ensuring your data is backed up before any session. We can assist with backup solutions on request. 7. Fair Use Most issues are fixed within 60 minutes. Complex problems may require a follow-up or extended session (which will be discussed with you in advance).
